Gruaja e fotografit, Enkelejd Lamaj (free ebook)

Enver Hoxha, Blendi Fevziu

Prilli i thyer, Ismail Kadare

About the book

Noe was born in Albania in 1957. He began to write as a child and has published prose, poetry, criticism and scenarios from the age of fourteen. He has written for most of the prestigious newspapers and magazines of the world. His translations from Russian and Italian are excellent, translating writers such as Tolstoy, Esenin, Ungaretti, Quasimodo, Pavian, Pastures and Cross. His civil engagement as a poet, journalist and politician has put him up against the regimen of Enver Hoxha and later Sali Berisha, often risking his life. Until the last day of his residence in Albania, he was a member of the National Committee of the Albanian republican Party, a opposition party, and the head of the party in the Lushnja region, fifty miles from Tirana.

He was also an official correspondent of th e newspaper "Republika", which was always part of the opposition and a founder and director of the journalistic paper "Ora e fjales" (Word Time).Exiled in Italy since April 1992, Noe has dual citizenship: Italian and Albanian. He taught in a high school of Tirana and worked as a journalist and a writer, denouncing the wrongs to which post-communist Albania had fallen victim. He signed his articles, which were often censored by the regimen with the pseudonym of Noe.His problems began when he, together with his colleagues of "Republika", decided to research in depth the relationship and collusion with the western Mafia and the democratic government, particularly the disappearance of 3500 tons of gold and money laundering. On April 12, an assassination was committed against him , but he survived. After this, he and his family exiled to Italy.

The Rebel, Albert Camus

It questions two events held sacred by the left wing - the French Revolution of 1789 and the Russian Revolution of 1917 - that had resulted, he believed, in terrorism as a political instrument. In this towering intellectual document, Camus argues that hope for the future lies in revolt, which unlike revolution is a spontaneous response to injustice and a...
