About the book

The novel is warmly received by the readers and it is considered one of the best books of the author. A wild horse grown up in liberty up in the mountains fell one day in the hands of the men and for a long time is constrained to do hard works in the fields and to take part in the war.

The horse called Son of the Wind is sold many times from one proprietor to another and finished in a circus. The circus proprietor, a harsh man, maltreated Son of the Wind and his friends and one day they decided to escape toward the freedom.
